Investing in Possibility: Japan’s Contribution in Climate Change
This film focuses on how revolutionarily lithium-ion batteries can help combating climate change. Japanese scientist Prof. YOSHINO Akira created the battery and won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2019. This film further introduces Japan’s contribution to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality in the second half of this century set by the Paris Agreement, including its efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to net-zero by 2050.
